Hi Fam! I know it has been a long time since my last update. I have been on vacation and it was a MUCH NEEDED one. Anyway, here are a couple of shots of how my hair is doing. My locs are much thicker and dense. Anyway, I will do better next month in regards to posts.

WOW-foreal! Bajan Lily is right, your locks have gotten very thick. What are you doing differently? Hope you had a great vacation, your tan is great too!
ReplyDeleteGuys... I did NOTHING different. My only guess is that it's the ocean water in Cancun. Maybe salt water makes them swell?? I kid you not, they changed over night. I washed my hair with my Bronner soap thinking it was a fluke, still thick after they dried. I was really concerned about them, but my BFF and my boyfriend both said they liked how they looked so I am just going with it. I am curious as to what my loctitian is going to say.
ReplyDeleteThats an interesting thought, the salt water plumped them! Interesting. I'm going on a cruise in 2 weeks I guess I will test mine to see ;-0. Maybe also since they haven't locked they swelled.
ReplyDeleteIn regards to Dr. Bronner, the shampoo is going to make your hair soft and will make it take longer to lock. I dont' know if you want to possibly mix in some starter shampoo with it.
